Blast Fat in 20 Minutes

20 Minute Fat Blaster

Have I got a workout for you!  In 20 short minutes you are going to blast fat like no body’s business. If you want or need to burn some body fat and lose weight but don’t have a lot of time, you’ve got to give this a try. I use a stationary bike but this can also be done on an elliptical machine, rower or treadmill…any piece of equipment that will get your heart rate going. I do recommend a heart monitor for this routine. You will need to keep up with the interval time so your equipment should have a timer or you will need an interval timer. I use a GymBoss…love it!  This workout is designed to work in conjunction with a clean/healthy eating lifestyle.

Do this workout 3 x’s a week and you’ll see a BIG difference.  I usually do my intervals on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.  I recommend doing this workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I’ve always found that intense intervals have optimal results when performed in the morning before breakfast.  However, you will see results regardless of when performed…the point being it works!  Someone recently asked, “How fast do you go?”  My response, “As fast as my feet will take me.”

If you’re not quite ready for level 10, no problem…start on level 2 or 3 and increase each time until you’ve reached level 10.  No equipment available? No problem…try running in place for 30 seconds or jumping rope, rest for 10 and repeat 30 times.  You can also start by doing 10 intervals and working your way up to 30. The main thing to remember is whether you start at level 10 or 2 or do 10 intervals instead of 30 you’re giving it your all. Speed and indurance will come and with it the fat will begin to melt away and you’ll love the results!

Warm up for 5 minutes

1) Place equipment on manual… level 10.

2) Go as fast and hard as you possibly can for 30 seconds…push hard!

3) Rest or go very slow for 10 seconds.

4) Repeat this 30 times (sounds like a lot but it’s actually only 20 minutes)

Cool down for 5 minutes

This fat blaster is a total of 30 minutes which includes a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Now go blast some fat!

TIP: If you’re able to read a magazine or have a conversation while performing this workout… push harder, a lot harder. If performed correctly your concentration will be 100% on getting through this rountine.

20 Minute Fat Blaster is for adults healthy enough to perform high intensity exercise for extended periods of time. Consult with you doctor before beginning this or any other exercise program.
