When I make something that tastes absolutely yummy, my first thought is sharing with my Fit Fabulous Friends. This is one of those times. In addition to being sinfully delicious, this rich and ultra creamy concoction promotes weight loss and a healthy immune system.
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 1/4 Coconut Milk (whole/regular is best. Or, use skim milk if you prefer…so you would be using 1 1/4 cups skim total)
- 1 cup skim milk (you can substitute with soy or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa power (100% cocoa)
- 1 frozen ripe banana (slice before freezing)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions: Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until a milk shake consistency. Enjoy!!!
