Fit Lean Parfait

This recipe has three qualities that I love in a dessert, it’s healthy, yummy and pretty! I love desserts that make me smile just by looking at them. Some desserts taste wonderful but don’t necessarily look all that pleasing to the eye.  Honestly, if I had my druthers all desserts would be as pretty as my Fit & Lean Parfait.  I think this is one treat you will make over and over again simply because it’s so easy and the taste is incredible.    …gale

Fit & Lean Parfait
                                                  

Ingredients: (4-6 servings)

1 cup low fat milk (I use skim but 1% is fine)
1 cup Greek Yogurt (0% fat, plain)
1/4 tsp pure Vanilla
2 cups fresh berries (mixed berries are even prettier…blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or any other fruit you like)
2 cups Fit & Lean Cereal…plus 4 tbsp for topping. 
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Combine milk, yogurt and vanilla. If using raisins combine with Fit & Lean Cereal.  Now, layer yogurt mixture with Fit & Lean and berries. Top with Fit & Lean Cereal and additional berries or fruit.  Enjoy!
