Green Monster Smoothie
Ingredients: (2 servings) 1 serving = 1 1/2 pieces of fruit.
3 Bok Choy Leaves
3 Romaine Heart Leaves
1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
1 very ripe kiwi
10 cubes cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1/2” slice fresh ginger root
1/2 Greek Yogurt (plain 0%fat)
1/2 cup skim, almond (plain) or soy milk
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
