Keep Weight Off Forever!

 


Is it really possible to lose weight without going on another diet, to reduce belly fat while eating six times daily, to never again have to count calories or fat grams…and, all while having an abundance of energy, feeling and looking fabulous and dramatically improving your overall health?   The answer…yes, and more.

Think for one minute…about all the processed and packaged foods that are filled with chemicals, artificial colors, preservatives, and sodium.  Are these the foods you want to eat for nourishment?  Clean eating is naturally designed to boost metabolism, while losing weight and keeping it off forever.   

Clean eating is not a diet, it’s not a temporary fix, nor is it a fad– it’s a lifestyle.  Planning and preparing meals and snacks ahead of time, is the best way to stay on track and ensure clean eating success.   By eating 3 small meals and 3 snacks daily— about every 3 hours —you will no longer have hunger pains and soon the weight will start to melt away before your very eyes.  And the good news, as long as you continue to eat clean…gaining unwanted weight will become a thing of the past.

Below are examples of foods to eliminate and foods to incorporate as apart of your clean eating lifestyle.

Avoid these foods…at least 99% of the time–we are human after all.
Fried foods
Refined flour and sugar
Whole-fat dairy products
Saturated and trans fats
Processed foods
Fast food
Junk food…i.e., chips, cup cakes, candy, etc.
Artificial sweeteners…when sweetener is an absolute must try Sorghum.
Alcohol (save for special occasions)
All sodas (including diet)
Fruit drinks
Read Labels:  Foods with more than 3 ingredients are typically processed and not conducive to good health.

Sweet potato
Pumpkin
Steamed brown rice
Lentils
Kashi
Bulgur
Whole-wheat pasta (100%)
Oatmeal (whole old-fashioned)
Quinoa
Barley
Legumes
Fat-free yogurt (plain) Try Greek for fewer carbs and better taste.
Fat-free milk
Whole-wheat bread (no refined sugar or flour added)
Whole grains 

Lean Proteinsinclude with each meal.
Chicken breast (skinless)
Turkey breast (skinless)
Lean ground turkey
Bison
Lean beef
Lean pork
Salmon
Tuna
Egg whites
White Fish
Fat free plain dairy (Greek yogurt is an excellent source of quality protein)

Healthy Fatslifestyle foods.
Avocado
Seeds (unsalted, natural) pumpkin, sunflower, chia to name a few.
Natural almond & peanut butter
Nuts (natural, no added oils or salt) Walnuts & Almonds have amazing health benefits.
Extra Virgin Olive oil (cold pressed)
Coconut Oil
Flax seed oil
Dark Chocolate 70% bittersweet

Waterdrink often.

Include these whenever possible:

Green Tea–Sencha Green Tea– Japanese style –is rich in antioxidants.  Brew your own…skip the artificial sweeteners. Drink 3-4 cups of green tea daily– with a lemon wedge –great for burning belly fat. Spices (no salt…if you must– add sea or kosher salt sparingly).

Vinegar–try wine vinegar or Balsamic with EVOO on salads.  Vinegar is great for burning belly fat!

Whey Protein Powder (add to fruit smoothies…good quality whey protein has been shown to promote fat loss).
