Ketchup
This is the easiest recipe I’ve ever created and one that anyone can prepare in less than 5 minutes flat. Even the store bought ketchups that state, “No High Fructose Corn Syrup” still list refined sugar in the ingredients. This version is so much healthier. Instead of a squeeze type container, try using a ramekin or an elegant blow to serve up this gourmet condiment at your next cookout.
Ingredients: (all the ingredients are either gourmet or organic)
1 6 oz can Tomato Paste (organic, no sugar added)
½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Sorghum or raw honey
Directions:
Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix well and store in a glass container with lid. Makes about 6 one tablespoon servings.
