Online Personal Training with Fit Fabulous Forever, is a program designed for anyone–of any age–with a desire to get fit. Keep in mind, this is not a quick fix, it is not a fad diet–this is a lifestyle program. Our 12 and16 week programs are designed to help you reach your fitness goals…both short and long term. The time to make you a priority is NOW!!

Program includes:

     -  Initial phone consultation to assist in designing an individualized program.
     -  Workouts will be changed approximately every 4 weeks in order to prevent reaching a plateau.
     -  Your workouts will be laid out step-by-step– with no guess work.
     -  Strength training routines designed with you in mind.
     -  Cardiovascular routines for all program stages.
     -  Your questions via email–response within 24 hours.
     -  Continuous tracking of your progress.
     -  Phone re-evaluation consultations every 4 weeks throughout the 12 and 16 week programs.
     -  Motivational tips and support.
     -  Clean eating plan.
     -  Measurements and photo updates discussed to ensure you are progressing as planned.
