Seal Jumping Jacks 10 reps; Hip Extensions 20 reps (10 each leg); Air Bicycles 20


Thursday
Jog in Place 30 seconds; Spartan Bows 20 reps (10 each leg…great for balance); Reverse Crunch 30 reps


Friday
Seal Jumping Jacks 20 reps; Kitchen Push-ups 50 reps; Plie Squats 25 reps


Saturday
Jog in Place 1 minute; Hip Extensions 30 ( 15 each leg); Mason Twist 20


Sunday
Seal Jumping Jacks 20 reps; Spartan Bows 20 reps (10 each leg); Kitchen Push-ups 75
