Workout Smoothie Perfect for post workouts!

Ingredients: (2 servings)

1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
1 frozen banana (slice before freezing)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup or 6 oz plain, fat free Greek Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (unsweetened preferably)
1 ½ cups green tea–home brewed, no sugar (more or less tea depending on thickness preferred)

Blend until smooth…enjoy!
